Nawaiam Dashboard
Designing a gamified emotional intelligence assessment that turns behavioral data into actionable insights for organizations.
Context
Nawaiam was building a different kind of assessment tool. Instead of traditional questionnaires, the goal was to evaluate emotional intelligence and behavioral traits through an interactive experience. The challenge was not only technological — it was conceptual.
How do you transform psychological frameworks into a digital product that feels engaging, credible, and measurable at the same time? The platform needed to speak to two very different audiences:
- • Candidates, who should feel immersed rather than evaluated.
- • Organizations, who required structured, reliable data to support decision-making.
At the same time, the product had to position itself in a competitive HR-tech landscape, where credibility and clarity are critical.
Our Solution
We worked at the intersection of product strategy, UX design, and behavioral modeling. First, we translated psychological models into a playable narrative structure. The experience was designed as an interactive journey where each decision generates behavioral signals.
We structured the product around three key principles:
- • Immersive interaction – The assessment feels like a game, not a test.
- • Data integrity – Every interaction maps to measurable behavioral variables.
- • Clarity for organizations – Results are presented through structured dashboards designed for HR teams and decision-makers.
From information architecture to interaction flows, we ensured that gameplay and data collection were aligned. The result is a platform that balances engagement with analytical rigor — transforming soft skills into structured insights.
