UX Optimization Product Evolution Ongoing Design Partnership

BRANDTRACK

Starting with a high-impact inbound landing and evolving into a long-term product design partnership focused on measurable growth.

Context

We first joined Brandtrack to solve a specific problem: an inbound landing page.

The objective was clear. Improve conversion and bring structure to the onboarding experience. It was a defined, contained project with a measurable goal.

The landing performed well.

But what happened next was more interesting.

Instead of treating the engagement as a one-off delivery, we started looking beyond the isolated piece. The product had strong foundations, yet some components felt disconnected. Decisions had been made over time, but not always as part of a cohesive UX system.

There was an opportunity — not for a dramatic redesign, but for structured evolution.

The relationship with the team played a crucial role. Collaboration was fluid. Conversations were honest. We were not positioned as an external vendor delivering screens, but as a team bringing criteria, method, and speed. That shift changed the scope of the work.

Our Solution

From Project to Milestones

Rather than proposing a large, abstract redesign, we introduced a milestone-based UX framework focusing on:

  • Adapting and refining existing components
  • Bringing consistency to interface decisions
  • Connecting previously isolated touchpoints
  • Asking structural product questions

Structural Simplification

As the collaboration matured, a larger opportunity emerged: developing a full application experience that unified two separate touchpoints within the product ecosystem.

Previously, these lived independently. By consolidating them into a cohesive experience, we reduced friction and simplified the product narrative. This was not cosmetic refinement. It was structural simplification.

In parallel, we continued optimizing inbound landing flows. Conversion metrics improved as friction was reduced and onboarding clarity increased.

Embedded Design Team

Over time, without a formal “announcement,” something shifted. We became Brandtrack’s design team.

Today, we operate with a living roadmap, continuous conversations, and dedicated design ownership. We no longer intervene in isolated pieces. We contribute to the ongoing evolution of the product.
